Creating Lifelong Learning Opportunities for Everyone
Staff at school are able to administer prescribed medication to pupils as long as we have parental permission to do so.
This form needs to be completed and handed in, together with your child’s medication to a member of the school office team.
Please note that we are not allowed to administer any other medication.
The school has a large number of policies regarding all aspects of learning and teaching, school management, behaviour and safeguarding. Many of our policies apply to all of the schools in the Grand Union Partnership, please follow this link to access the Trust wide policies. Here, you will find copies of policies which parents may find useful. On this page you will find any policies that are specific to Old Stratford Primary School. If you have any queries regarding these or any other policies or wish to receive paper copies, please contact the school office.
Our School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children in our care. Our safeguarding policy sets out what we do to keep pupils safe at our school.
If you have concerns about the safety or well-being of any child, you should contact the members of staff with designated responsibility for safeguarding, Mrs Sarbutts, Mrs Faraday or Mrs Wilkins .
